Katherine Kelly is a Coordination Manager in the Economic Development Department at the Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce. Katherine has worked in economic development for more than 17 years at the Chamber. She manages the operation of the department as well as those of the Development Authority of Columbus, the Downtown Development Authority, and the Valley Partnership Joint Development Authority. Katherine earned her B.S. in Biology from Newberry College, her M.S. in Microbiology from Clemson University, and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from North Carolina State University. Katherine is a graduate of the Georgia Economic Development Course at Georgia Tech in 2000 and is a 2006 graduate of the Georgia Academy for Economic Development.
